About this policy

This policy explains what information Equiply processes when you create an account and use the application to organize product warranties and related documents.

Information we process

• Account information, including your username and email address.
• Authentication information, such as a securely hashed password or identifiers supplied by a login provider you choose.
• Warranty information you enter or confirm, including product names, serial numbers, purchase and expiration dates, shop details and notes.
• Images you upload, such as product photos, receipts and warranty documents.

How we use information

We process this information to:

• Create and secure your account.
• Store, display and manage your warranties.
• Process uploaded documents and suggest warranty details for your review.
• Operate, protect and troubleshoot the service.

Service providers

Equiply may use infrastructure providers for application hosting, database hosting and object storage. If you choose Google or Facebook sign-in, that provider processes the authentication request under its own privacy terms. Information is shared only as needed to provide and protect the service.

Retention and deletion

Account and warranty information is retained while your account remains active. You can permanently delete your account from the Account tab in Equiply. Account deletion removes your account, authentication records, saved warranty details, notes and uploaded images. Some limited information may be retained only when required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Security

Equiply uses access controls, encrypted network connections and restricted storage access to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You can review and update warranty information in the application. You can delete individual warranties and images or permanently delete your account and its associated information.
