Delete your account

Permanently delete your Equiply account and associated data.

Delete your account in Equiply

Open Equiply and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Select the Account tab.
Select Delete account.
Review the warning and select Delete account to confirm.

Keep the app open until deletion finishes. If deletion cannot be completed, your account remains active and you can try again.

Deletion is permanent

Account deletion cannot be undone. Make sure you have saved anything you want to keep before confirming.

Data deleted with your account

Deleting your account removes:

Your Equiply account and authentication records.
Your saved warranty details and notes.
Your uploaded product, receipt and warranty-document images.

Request account deletion online

You can also request deletion by email. Send the request from the email address associated with your Equiply account. We may ask you to verify that you control the account. Never send your password or access token.

Information that may be retained

Limited information may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Any retained information will be kept only for the purpose and period required.
